Damages and issues

If an item has unfortunately been broken or damaged in transit please ensure to contact us immediately so that we can rectify this with an exchange voucher or replacement item.

To be eligible for this, you will need to provide proof of damage or defect through images and/or videos sent via email. You’ll also need to provide the order number as proof of purchase.
